Our cottages are on the Placencia waterway. Vessels of all shapes and sizes pass by like a constant boat parade. Be ready for many photo opportunities.
Room Type
The Other Side features a waterfront cottage room that is a simply comfortable island stay. As new owners we are continually upgrading the resort. Each of the 3 cottages have two hotel rooms that can adjoin rooms if desired. The left side of a cottage features 1 King bed with a kitchenette for a maximum of 2 people. The right side of a cottage features 2 Queen beds with a kitchenette for a maximum of 4 people. There is ample closet and storage space.
Sometimes we have 2 smaller single queen bed rooms (not on the waterfront) available. Please inquire for availability.
The mattresses are a custom orthopedic quilted pillow top proudly manufactured in Belize.
Room Rates
King room rate is USD 185.00/night plus taxes for single or double occupancy.
2 Queen beds room rate is USD 185.00/per night plus taxes for single or double occupancy plus an additional rate of 15.00/per night for a third person and an additional rate of 15.00/per night for a fourth person.
Children in the double Queen room (maximum of 2) under the age of 15 are no extra charge.
Renting both rooms of a cottage under one reservation is a flat rate of USD 350.00/night plus taxes.
There are 3 waterfront cottages on property.
Sometimes we have 2 smaller single queen bed rooms (not on the waterfront) available. Please inquire for availability and rates.
